Michael McGauley, B.A., DTM, is an inspiring speaker, seminar leader and personal coach. He is the President and Founder of The Dream Builders Inc., a company that delivers workshops and seminars throughout North America. His mission to help companies and individuals in their quest for excellence results in the ability to get the most out of both their personal and professional lives.

Through his seminars and workshops, Michael shares his extraordinary life experiences and the tools he developed along the way to become a winner in practically every situation. His “can-do” persona has earned him a reputation for being inspiring, motivational and memorable.

Michael is a member of the board of directors for the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. He also sits on the fundraising committee for Etobicoke General Hospital’s William Osler Foundation, and creates fundraising functions for the Princess Margaret Hospital.
